The Newman Lake Fire Auxiliary was organized in 1950 as a way for family and friends to assist, encourage and support the members of Newman Lake Fire and Rescue. The Auxiliary has grown in size and success and currently has 22 active members and 8 life time members. 

About Us: The Fire Auxiliary is responsible for supporting the Fire and Rescue Volunteers during major incidents by providing food and beverages. Additionally, we raise funds for supplies and aids in the purchases of items for the firefighters and EMT's. We do that by sponsoring two major fund raisers during the year. Our two day Hot Dog Sale in July and then our annual Community Barn Dance in September. Our community residents have been wonderful in their support of these two lively events. We also sell our Newman Lake Cookbooks and our hand designed T-shirts.

Out Reach Programs:
Welcoming Baskets for all new Newman Lake Residents.  Vial of Life: This program is designed to expedite medical care in our community. The program is designed to provide needed medical information to responding medical personnel.

 

We welcome new faces and ideas so please don't hesitate to join us in one of our monthly meetings!! Our meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00PM at Fire Station #1.
